"I, Laura, heart Korres Wild Rose foundation"
Lisasz09 summed it up perfectly on YouTube where she recently compared it to Giorgio Armani Luminous silk - just as good but half the price.
Here is my experience:
* Its blends well - I use my fingers and I even apply it as my under-eye product because its light enough yet still gives a flattering finish;
* Its gives a brightening effect - brightening doesn't mean dewy, reflective and shiny, it means healthy and natural in this case. Just like the MUFE HD, it provides coverage but at the end of the day, your skin looks like exactly that: skin.
* It lasts a long time - this weekend there have been several glasses of wine consumed whilst enjoying the hot weather and if ever there was a time to test the durability of this foundation, this time was it. It lasted and I didn't have to touch up - enough said!
So all in all I am a very happy customer so far. I didn't expect to like it as much. Korres has been around in the UK for a few years and I always snubbed it as I had such low expectations. This is proof that sometimes it's worth taking the leap and giving something a chance to impress.

Yum Yum :) Where did you buy yours ?
xx
Ooo Thanks Laura I love Korres so I may need to try this x
Between you and Lisasz09 and your great reviews of this product, I'm going to want this now. My almost empty wallet thanks you ;-)
I love your blog Laura. You inspired me to start writing as well. Please visit my blog if you get a moment.
Sounds good! how much was it? xo
So many times I've been tempted to invest in this but I have oily skin and am not sure it would work.Summers nearly here = makeup sliding off my face! Is it ok do you think?
It looks lovely on you.
xx
your skin looks lovely here!
Has anyone figured out how to pronounce it?? hahaha I'm curious...don't want to sound foolish when I ask for it at Sephora!
I so want to try this, but I have this fear that it will make my skin break out due to the my allergy to nature.
I had a sample, but I dropped it on the floor.... since it all spilled out does that count for Project 10 Pan?
it sounds amazing, looks lovely in the picture too. do you know where i can get it in the uk? x
@Pinklemonade-xo - the store on the king's road, london :)
@Lorraine - haha i wish! :)
It looks great, I am definitely going to give it a try and i'm going to try their primer too. ;)
btw, you may want to try their giner and vitamin liquid foundation(you can get it on sephora.com), well, after you finished your project 10 pan ofc. ;)
You've totally inspired me. I totally want this now! Did you use a powder to set it? If so, which one? I wouldn't want my powder to make it seem too matte!
Do you use a pwder on top to mattify it or in the photo is it just the foundation?
@Tali - no powder applied: just foundation :) tbh i never apply powder as I feel that it makes my skin look too heavy. i rely on bronzer to set :)
Really pretty! And so natural :)
And I feel like it's good for your skin. Not clogging it or putting chemicals on. I want to try it. :)It looks really good and natural.
I have heard good things before from this and may have to try but im not always a huge fan of rose smelle-is it really strong o just right? xox
@MissGlamTam - I personally don't like rose scent which is why i hated the idea of the Fix+ rose. I think CourtCosmetics described it perfectly when she did it smelt like a "grandma rolled in mildew". This smells nothing like - its only very faintly floral :)
Your skin looks flawless- I'll have to purchase this although not sure where it's stocked in Leeds! I've seen it on ASOS but its difficult to tell the shade on a screen!
Thanks for the recommendation xoxo
Please tell me,
What blush and lipstick/gloss are you wearing?
Sounds lovely, where can you buy Korres products in London? I'll be taking a trip there next week so I might pick one up! :) x
@Gita Radha - MAC Harmony (contour) and MAC Cubic (apple) and lips was good old blistex :)
@Little Miss Beauty Junkie - perfect. they have a store on the king's road...if you walk up from sloane square its on the left hand side, after GAP :) HTH
i must get this foundation!
im going to have to scour my area for korres products! it looks lovely on you :)
Hi Laura :)
Did you like the Korres Primer? I can't remember which youtuber didn't like it, it might have been Lorraine... :P
Thanks for the review Laura. I must try this the next time I go to Sephora. Your skin looks flawless. =)
I really like this on you - has a really natural finish!
Hey Laura, I love the way the foundation looks on you!
What shade are you wearing?
♥
I really need to try this one out. I'm in love with MUFE HD foundation but I hate the price tag on it.
Thanks so much for the declaration! LOL
good idea about using bronzer to set! now i have to try this foundation!
I love the finish of MUFE HD so I might need to check this one out! I really like the packaging too.
I love how it looks on you! You are right-it does not look dewy, which I am so afraid of because of my oily skin type.
i must try it!!!!!
